Stablecoins on your balance sheet, booked and reconciled like cash.
More companies now hold stablecoins or get paid in them. We set the accounting policy, reconcile every wallet and exchange to your ERP and keep you ready for the rules that are changing: FASB's proposed cash-equivalent guidance and the GENIUS Act.
The rules are moving. Your books need to be ready.
Cash equivalent, maybe
FASB has proposed that some stablecoins could qualify as cash equivalents. Whether yours qualify can depend on your contractual relationship with the issuer, and the final rule is still pending.
A federal framework is coming
The GENIUS Act sets federal rules for payment stablecoins. Which issuers are permitted will matter for how your holdings are presented.
Every transfer is a reconciliation
Wallets, exchanges, payment processors and gas fees all have to tie to your bank-like ledger every month.
From first wallet to monthly close
We treat stablecoins the way your auditor will: as cash-like assets that still need proof.
Accounting policy memo
Classification, measurement, presentation and disclosure for your holdings under current US GAAP or IFRS, with a section on the FASB proposal.
Holdings and issuer review
Which tokens you hold, where, through which counterparty, and whether you have direct redemption rights.
Wallet and exchange reconciliations
Every wallet, exchange and custodian matched to the ledger monthly, with transfers, fees and gaps explained.
ERP entries
Summarized journal entries in your ERP's format for receipts, payments, conversions and fees.
Controls
Who can move funds, approvals, address whitelisting and key-person risk, documented for your auditor.
Rule-change readiness
What changes in your statements and covenants if the cash-equivalent guidance is finalized.

Common questions
Are stablecoins cash equivalents now?
Not automatically. FASB has proposed criteria under which some could qualify, and the rule is not final. Until then, we document the classification that fits your current facts and update it when guidance is issued.
Do you need access to our wallets?
Only read-only access or exported transaction histories. We never need private keys and never move funds.
Which stablecoins and networks do you cover?
Major dollar stablecoins such as USDC, USDT and PYUSD on the common networks, plus the exchanges and custodians you use.
Can you post to our ERP?
We prepare entries in your ERP's import format. You approve and post them.
